If for any reason your piece is damaged during shipping, please email customer service at customerservice@jenniferelizabeth.com and your item will be repaired. Jennifer Elizabeth accepts items for store credit or an exchange only within 21 days of purchase of equal value. Sale and custom orders are FINAL SALE. Items must be returned for store credit in new and resaleable condition. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Once your exchange is processed, you will receive a jenniferelizabeth.com credit via email. We do not refund shipping charges on returned items. Please include your receipt with the reason for exchange in your package.
